Barry Carnes who will retire from the Water System on Friday, February 26, 2010. Barry has been with Cobb County Water System for 30 + years. He began his career at Cobb County as an Inspector, advanced to Inspector Supervisor, and is currently a Project Manager. We would like to thank Barry for the dedicated service to the Water System and Cobb County Government.
Anita Leming will retire on February 26, 2010. She has been with Cobb County for 25 years and has worked with the Fire Department, Public Safety, and Emergency Management.
Captain David Myers, who will retire from Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services on Thursday, February 25, 2010, after 25 years of dedicated and loyal service.
Congratulations to Ken Hankinson, who will retire from Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services on Friday, February 26, 2010, after 24 years of dedicated and loyal service.

Alan Gibson, who will retire from Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services on Sunday, February 28, 2010, after 28 years of dedicated and loyal service.
David Shelton, who will retire from Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services on Friday, February 26, 2010, after 24 years of dedicated and loyal service.
Theodore "Teddy" Wilkins who will retire from the Water System on Friday, March 12, 2010. Teddy has been in the Stormwater Management Division of Cobb County Water System for 25 years.
Sandy Stefani will retire on Friday, February 26th, 2010 after 10 years in the Learning & Development Division of Human Resources.
Steve Innes who will retire from the Water System on Friday, February 12, 2010. Steve has been with Cobb County Water System for 9 + years as Development Services Manager.
Mike Henderson is retiring from the Water System on Feb. 28, 2010. Mike has worked for the county for 25+ years. He started in the Tax Assessor's Office in 1984 and transferred to the Water System in 2007.
Tom Estrada, Director/Producer of TV23 of the Communications Department. Tom is retiring on January 25, 2010 after 18 years of service.
Joanne Osborne who will be retiring from the Sheriff's Office on January 19, 2010, with 15 1/2 years of service to Cobb County. We would like to thank Joanne for her loyal and dedicated service to the Sheriff's Office and Cobb County.
Patricia M. Atkinson after 19 + years of hard work and dedicated service to Cobb County Government; will retire from the State Court Clerk’s Office on Friday, January 29, 2010.
Kathy McCravy who will be retiring from State Court of Cobb County Clerk’s Office on Friday, January 8, 2010. She has 21 years of service. We wish her all the best in her new ventures.
